3rd Annual All Business Women's Celebration

Maria created her first conference in 1991, and African American Women on Tour (AAWOT) two years later. Over the past 12 years, AAWOT has taken this exciting annual conference to over a dozen US cities, and to St. Kitts and Nevis, West Indies, and Paris, France. Featuring the nation's most powerful, influential, and interesting African American women, AAWOT has been an incredibly empowering and healing experience for thousands of Black women. "Sisters from around the world return 'home' every year, committed to making positive changes in their relationships, health, professions and lifestyles." Maria Dowd will share lessons learned, and the triumphs and challenges of her personal journey while building this internationally recognized business.
