
Professional Sales and TeleSales Techniques

Training workshops can be a one-day or two-days. A two-day workshop is highly recommended for team members with less than one year of Sales experience, or for groups over 8 people. This allows newer sales representatives more time to learn and practice, and role play their new skills and techniques in a "safe" environment. More experienced sales representatives can benefit from the one day course that serves as a refresher course to strengthen and fine-tune existing sales skills. Role-play opportunities are included in one and two-day courses.
